For accountants and bookkeepers: how the practice plan works.

The practice plan is $40/month. It gives you one login for every client you work with on myaccountant, plus a practice dashboard, scoped permissions, and client onboarding from your practice.

When you onboard a client, you subscribe them to the modules they need at 25% below standard prices. Those subscriptions bill to your practice. You decide how that cost fits your engagement.

Frequently asked pricing questions

Will there be a free plan?

Yes. The free limits will be shown clearly before you choose a paid module. While early access is being opened, the best next step is to join the waitlist and tell us which part of your financial life you want to start with.

Do I have to pick a module when I get started?

You pick one area to start with. You can add the others later as the product opens more of the platform to you.

What if I run two businesses?

Each business needs its own Business subscription, $35/month per business. They share one login; the billing is per business.

How does the 25% accountant discount work?

Your accountant subscribes you to myaccountant through their practice plan. The subscription bills to them at 25% off the standard module price, and how that cost shows up in your engagement is between you and your accountant. The discount is baked into the practice relationship, not a time-limited promotion.

Can I change plans or cancel any time?

Yes. No minimum term, no cancellation fee. If you cancel, you can export everything first. Your data is yours.

Do these prices include GST?

Yes. Every price on this page is GST-inclusive. What you see is what you pay.
