One surface for the whole book.
Every client. One screen.
One dashboard shows the health of every client you serve on myaccountant — BAS due dates, payroll status, outstanding invoices, compliance issues. Sort by whichever is most urgent. Click into any client in one click. A whole book of business, visible at a glance, ready for your Monday morning.
Your practice pays. Your practice decides what to charge.
Every module your practice subscribes a client to — Personal, Property, Business, Payroll — bills to you at 25% off the standard rate. You bundle the cost into your engagement fee, absorb it as part of your service, or pass it through to the client. That is your call. The practice plan is $40 per month; the wholesale rates underneath (Personal $7.50, Property $15, Business $26.25, Payroll $7.50) give you room to shape the commercial relationship with your client on your terms.
TAN-scoped BAS lodgement.
When you lodge a client's BAS, the submission goes to the ATO under your Tax Agent Number; the client's ABN appears on the lodgement. The client does not need their own AUSkey or direct ATO access. You serve the client, the lodgement is compliant, the audit trail shows exactly who lodged what.
Practice merchant rules.
Define a categorisation rule at the practice level, and it applies to every client's books automatically. Update the rule once, every client benefits. The alternative — configuring rules per client — stops scaling the moment a practice has more than ten clients.
What else you get.
-
Client switching — Quick-switch dropdown to jump into any client's books. Service many clients in a single session without re-logging in.
-
Client invitation flow — Invite a new client by email; they accept and the link is established. No paperwork.
-
Team member management — Invite team members and grant per-client access with roles. Practice staff get exactly the access they need, nothing more.
-
Add-on purchasing on the client's behalf — Buy properties, payroll seats, or personal-finance access for a client. The practice controls the client's package without the client needing to upgrade themselves.
-
Scoped sub-user invitations — Bookkeeper sees Company A but not Company B. Granular access at the user-and-entity level.
-
Two signup paths — Separate signup flow for Business Owner and Accountant, each provisioning a different tenant shape. Accountants start with the practice dashboard; owners start with their own books.
The reports that come with it.
Every report in every module is available to practitioners within the client's books. Specifically useful at practice scale:
-
Per-client compliance summary — BAS position, STP status, super status, overdue items. Practice-wide view of where attention is needed.
-
Client lodgement history — Every lodgement ever made for a client, under any TAN, searchable and exportable.
