These are the questions Ask myaccountant is built to answer. It gives you the steps, the relevant screen, and — where useful — a direct link to open the feature. It does not give you tax advice, financial advice, or anything the product is not qualified to say.

When the platform notices you seem stuck — long dwell on one screen, repeated clicks, an error sequence — Ask myaccountant offers help proactively. A small, quiet prompt: "Looks like you are trying to match this payment to an invoice. Here is how." Ignore it and it disappears; open it and help is there.
The instant answers.
The most common questions — "how do I create an invoice," "how do I add an employee," "how do I run a pay run" — are answered instantly without calling out to an AI service. You ask, you get a response in milliseconds, with the steps laid out. The AI is reserved for the less common questions where it earns its time.
